For your protection we recommend you ship the merchandise back Insured to avoid any lost merchandise. Q: Do all products ship the same way?
A: Not necessarily. Certain chemicals, oversized boxes / cases or overweight packages which cannot be delivered by UPS will be shipped via common carrier. These may occur additional freight change. Customer will be notified before shipping.

A: We will always let you know if an item that you ordered has become unavailable. When possible, we will offer you an alternative item if it suits your needs.

A: No, there is no minimum order; however any order under $99.00 will be charged a minimim order charge of $5.00 per order if they are not in our local delivery area.
Standard transportation charges will apply on all orders outside local delivery area.
